Descriptions of services on this website are general in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes, access levels, or amenities at any particular destination property.
3. Bookings and Confirmations
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from a Crestline coordinator. Verbal representations made during initial inquiries or consultations do not constitute binding commitments. Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation and modification terms outlined in your booking agreement.
4. Casino Resort Specialty Services — Disclaimer
Crestline Travel Group is a group travel coordination and transportation company. For our specialty casino resort packages, we arrange transportation and itinerary coordination for adults visiting casino resort destinations. We do not encourage, facilitate, or promote gambling activity. All gaming and gambling decisions made at destination properties are the sole responsibility of the client. Crestline Travel Group makes no representations regarding expected outcomes of any gaming activity and assumes no liability for gaming-related losses or decisions.
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable gaming regulations, age requirements, and property conduct standards at all visited destinations. Casino gaming areas are restricted to adults meeting applicable minimum age requirements, which vary by jurisdiction.
5. Transportation Services
Transportation services are provided subject to vehicle availability, driver scheduling, and route feasibility. Crestline Travel Group is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All passengers must comply with applicable safety requirements during transportation, including seatbelt use.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies are specified in your individual booking agreement. General guidelines are as follows: cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled trip date are subject to a coordination fee; cancellations within 14 days may be subject to forfeiture of non-recoverable deposits; modifications to confirmed itineraries are accommodated where possible, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crestline Travel Group's liability in connection with any service engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including missed activities, secondary costs arising from service disruptions, or losses at casino resort gaming areas. Our liability for third-party services (destination properties, dining, entertainment, activities) is limited to the coordination role we play — we are not the provider of those services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and imagery, is the property of Crestline Travel Group or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any site content without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
