Apply as a Travel Advisor
Crestline Travel Group is selectively expanding its advisor team. We're looking for experienced, client-focused travel professionals who understand group dynamics and deliver consistently exceptional service.
What a Crestline Advisor Does
A Crestline Travel Group advisor is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of group travel clients. You are responsible for understanding what each client's group is looking for — their destination goals, group size, travel style, accommodation expectations, and activity preferences — and translating that into itineraries that are booked, confirmed, and executed without error.
This is not a booking agent role. Advisors at Crestline are expected to bring genuine expertise in group travel coordination to every conversation. You should understand how different group types — corporate, celebratory, educational, leisure — require different approaches to itinerary design, vehicle selection, and communication with the group lead or organizer.
In return, you receive access to our coordinator support team, established destination and property relationships, the Crestline Collection framework for curated package clients, and a compensation structure that rewards retention and repeat business — not booking volume alone.
What We Look For
We are selective. The advisor team at Crestline is small and experienced — we grow it carefully, and only with people who raise the standard.
Group Travel Experience
Direct experience managing group travel logistics — whether corporate retreats, family group coordination, wedding transportation, student programs, or multi-day leisure trips. You understand how group dynamics affect itinerary design and what can go wrong when coordination fails.
Luxury & Hospitality Background
Prior experience in luxury travel, premium hospitality, or high-end client relationship management. You understand what premium service means in practice — not as a concept, but as a daily standard you've already been held to.
Client Portfolio
An existing relationship base of clients with group travel interest, or demonstrable experience building and retaining a high-value client book in a service context where client satisfaction is the primary performance metric.
Multi-Element Itinerary Planning
Comfort working with complex, multi-stop itineraries — coordinating transportation, accommodation, dining, and activities into a single coherent plan for groups of varying size and type. Experience with multi-day itineraries preferred.
Discretion
Our clients include corporate executives, high-net-worth families, and groups traveling for personal milestones. Professional discretion is a non-negotiable requirement at every level of the advisor role — not situational, always.
Independence & Accountability
Crestline advisors manage their own client relationships with operational support from our team. You should be comfortable with accountability, self-direction, and delivering outcomes without close oversight. We support — we don't supervise.
