For most casino resort visitors, the floor is navigated without context — no introduction, no preferred position, no understanding of the property's layout, tier structure, or the best times to find the games they want at the tables they prefer. The experience is often excellent, but it is rarely optimized.
A Crestline Casino Floor Package changes that. We coordinate every element that surrounds the gaming experience — from the vehicle that collects you to the casino host who introduces your group when you arrive, through the preferred seating arrangements at featured game areas, the dining reservation timed to your rhythm, and the return transportation waiting when you are ready to leave.
The gaming itself is conducted entirely by you, at your discretion, in accordance with the property's rules and all applicable regulations. What we manage is everything around it: the access, the orientation, the relationships, and the logistics.
Crestline Casino Floor Packages are available at partner properties in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and select Gulf Coast destinations. Package structure and available access features vary by property.

Casino Floor Packages are customized based on your preferred game category. We coordinate preferred access and orientation for the following game types at our partner properties.
Table Games
Blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and craps. We coordinate preferred table areas and peak/off-peak timing guidance based on your play style and session preferences.
Poker Rooms
Preferred seating waitlist enrollment at the property's poker room in advance of arrival. We coordinate with room hosts to have your position secured when you reach the property.
High-Limit Areas
Where access is available, we coordinate introduction to high-limit zones with a property host. Access is subject to property requirements and cannot be guaranteed at all venues.
Slots & Video Poker
Floor orientation for slot and video poker areas, including location of premium denomination sections, progressive jackpot banks, and any preferred zone access available through the property.
